On Sunday attached to the bulletin was an envelope for the Building Fund October Monthly Collection, which will be taken up NEXT SUNDAY the 1st November. The collection will be taken up after Communion so please bring your envelope. Thanks to all parishioners who gave so generously in last month’s collection raising £3,120 towards the Roof Fund also those who have signed up for Gift Aid and those who pay by Standing Order. If you haven’t already done so, and are a taxpayer, please consider setting up a Standing Order and Gift Aiding your contribution. Gift Aided contributions attract an additional 25% contribution from HMRC, A help desk will be available after each Mass next Sunday in the Porch to offer assistance to set up Standing Order and completing Gift Aid forms, Contractors have now provided their bids for the work and the review of these bids has shown that the cost of the work is approximately £1.4 Million. The Parish Finance committee are now preparing to write to Bishop Toal to request a Diocesan loan to fund the project.
