A few weeks ago, the energy company which supplies power changed the old meters. The engineer who carried out the work connected the new meters to the wrong voltage resulting in a loss of power in the porch, Oratory and outside areas too. Much damage has been done which cannot be repaired except by the installers. This has not been apparent to you because winter darkness has not yet struck. Hopefully the Diocesan Estate Department will liaise with the energy companies to undo the damage and restore power to us quickly and efficiently
