This has operated from Kelvin since the 1980’s. As part of South Lanarkshire Council’s asset transfer programme, the Foodbank applied successfully to gain access to Greenhills Community Hall, a much more suitable facility. This changeover has been happening gradually over the last few weeks and the relocation will be complete when the new facility opens on Tuesday 10th June at 10.00am. As before, anyone is welcome to the Foodbank with neither referral nor reference required.
A formal opening will take place on Saturday 26th July.
